The Australian XBox team have some of the most unique events in the world when it comes to promoting games. Going from letting you order a live band to sing Sea Shanties to promote Sea of Thieves to real world loot drops with PlayerUnknown Battlegrounds, the team have just announced their latest event this weekend and it’s playing Forza on the big screen.
Not just any big screen either, this Friday if you can get to the Blacktown Drive-In you will be treated to an event that is part car show, part drive in movie and part gaming with you being able to sit behind the wheel while playing Forza Horizon 4. The event also is supporting Create Foundation, a group representing the voices of children and young people that have an out-of-home care experience including kinship care, foster care and residential care.
The event is age limited to 15 years and older as you also get a screening of Mad Max: Fury Road included in the ticket price with tickets available for purchase now via EventBrite. Being a drive in tickets are available for a limited number of pedestrian tickets but more in theme as a car pass (so up to 4 people in a single car). Either way tickets are limited as this is a one time only event and chance for you to play Forza like this.
If you are going make sure you get there early and register for your play session to make sure you get some screen time.
