ABSOLUTE: WONDER WOMAN #1
If you were lucky enough to get your hands on a copy of Absolute Batman #1 you might already be thirsty for more and this week it is coming with Absolute Wonder Woman. Another in the DC alt-universe line with different origins or takes on existing characters in this one Wonder Woman is without an island or a mission for peace. Also, from the always awesome Kelly Thompson.
IRON MAN #1
New Creative Team. New Armor. New problems with Roxxon who have been causing issues for Thor now they decided that teaming up with AIM and setting sights on Stark Unlimited was a good idea. Tony has a new chunk of coin in his pocket thanks to Emma Frost at the end of the last series + the events of Krakoa and he also has a West Coast Avengers team happening really soon too.
PLOT HOLES #1
From the writer and artist of the Batman: White Knight series Sean Gordon Murphy Plot Holes is a 5 issue series about fictional warriors who are able to transport themselves into different books. Look if you wanted a book that has a comic book creator having an existential crisis teaming up with a manga warrior and a vampire assassin as a short list there is only one book to get this week.
HORIZON EXPERIMENT SACRED DAMNED #1 (ONE SHOT)
And picking up something new but familiar is this one shot from writer Sabir Pirzada who was a writer on both Ms Marvel and Moon Knight for Marvel Studios and teaming with Eisner winning for the Silver Coin artist Michael Walsh. This one is more for the horror reader with it being somewhere between the Department of Truth and the Exorcist.
