Destiny 2 drops it’s next DLC expansion for subscription holders and the Conan the Barbarian game finally sees the light of day. But before we get to the full list, here are your highlights:
Conan Exiles is the LONG talked about persistent Open World game set in the Conan the Barbarian (The Arnold Schwarzenegger movie and it’s reboot) universe. Starting with nothing but your bare hands you can roam the wilderness slaying monsters and other heroes for treasure or build gigantic fotresses and entire cities to wage war. But not only is there the persistent online multiplayer but a single player campaign as well. You can pick it up for both PlayStaton and XBox on Tuesday.
Wednesday gives you a reason to head back to Destiny 2 with the latest expansion Warmind. This new story based expansion includes new raids, themed weapons, armour and of course story missions but also adds the new destination of the polar ice caps of Mars. It’s out on Wednesday for XBox One and PlayStation 4 a day earlier on Tuesday.
If you are in more of a Streets of Rage kind of mood this week you can pickup Raging Justice this Wednesday. This side scrolling beat ’em up gives us more than a little bit of a NeoGeo vibe as you kick, punch and flying attack your way through waves of nameless enemies to clean up the streets on Steam this Tuesday and XBox One on Wednesday.
If you are looking for something a bit deeper on Désiré is a point and click adventure following ‘Désiré’ from a tender age through to adult. Almost entirely in black and white as the main character is colourblind this game has won a slew of awards for best narrative and mobile game before making it’s way to Steam this week. Pick it up on Friday.
Honourable Mention: This week we give our Honorable Mention to Penny Black out on Tuesday which might be the smallest game you have downloaded in some time via steam. Made entirely in Basic for Windows this is a Text only adventure for anyone who misses the days of Zork or Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.
