Happy CosFriday Everybody!
Last weekend was Sydney’s anime convention – SMASH!

With Oz Comic-con coming up next month, there’s a lot of cosplay goodness on the horizon.

So here we have another amazing Cosplayer to keep the joy going!

Get to know a little about Keikkeik

What’s your name & how old are you? Keik, 26

How long have you been cosplaying? I’ve been cosplaying since 2012, so it’s roughly 5 years now! Basically through my whole uni years and I didn’t think I would continue, even after working full time and having a family LOL!

What inspired you to start cosplaying? My friends and I are into anime and they started cosplaying before me. I’m always keen on making costumes so I eventually got into cosplay haha!

What was your first cosplay? It was my first cosplay as well! Okumura Rin from Ao no Exorcist (Blue Exorcist), it was fun making everything from scratch! And first time wig styling oh boy, it was a sweet nightmare!

What is your most recent cosplay? I’m not quite sure because last month I made 3 costumes in 2 weeks and had them all done at the same weekend… probably 2B from Nier: Automata or Aranea Highwind from Final Fantasy XV.

What cosplays are you currently working on?  I’m working on Ishtar Rin from Fate/Grand Order and Hannya from Onmyouji game for SMASH Sydney this weekend. I’m also working on some Fate cosplays and Project Fiora.

Who are your favourite Cosplayers in the community? International wise my favs are Reika, Kaname and Yuegene. They always deliver super quality cosplay! Super accurate not only the costume but as the character as well!

Australia wise, I look up to Major Sam, Wirru and Rai because their attention to details are always top tier quality!

Tell us an odd fact about yourself! I always want to be a potato. Oh I also like to drag my husband along to make him cosplay girls as well hahaha!!
