Happy New Comics Day! Welcome to the comics Pull List, where you will find all the new releases for this week. So if you are searching for something new to read, or just want to know what’s fresh, here are some highlights!
1Barbara Gordon Breakout #1
 Barbara Gordon has been framed and now is pulling an orange is the new black in Blackgate and while we love some Barbara Gordon we have to call this (and Aboslute Batman #20) and maybe some other books from DC out this week. Through some retailers it has been revealed all of the DC books for this week’s run have a spine damage issue across every printing. Not only that but if you were hoping for a variant cover those do use the same base book so that may also be impacted. Right now there is no word on anything from DC but right now, this may not be a week to get ‘mint’ graded from DC (but we still are going to read ’em).
2DESTINATION KILL #1
And not from the big 2 this week is something in the flavour of V for Vendetta/Tank Girl/Judge Dredd with a new ongoing set in the year 2125 from Oni Press. In the future the corporations have replaced human builder workers with bots and that… isn’t going over too well.Honestly parts of this are giving us Transmetropolian vibes.
3HIDDEN SPRINGS #1
Imagine the Iron Giant, now replace the robot with a baby Kaiju.. and replace the kid with a bus of ex-hollywood stars living in a retirement community on a field trip. If you want that, but as a 4 issue mni from a former Judge Dredd writer, then your particular niche has been filled this week.
