1MINOR ARCANA #1
If you are a fan of Jeff Lemire’s work then you are going to want to grab the first issue of Minor Arcana from Boom Studios. Returning to a small town as the daughter of a ‘psychic fraud’ Theresa may find everything might not have exactly as thought for this new ongoing.
2EXCEPTIONAL X-MEN #1
We might be getting towards the end of the new post-Krakoa X-books but this one we finally know where Kitty Pryde has turned up with it being made clear she is leaving the X-Life behind her after the events of the Fall of X. Emma Frost is setting up a new home for wayward young mutants and it just happens to be near where Kitty Pryde has turned bartender.
3DUCK & COVER #1
Also this week for fans of America Vampire is the same team coming with a new series by Dark Horse Comics, set in America of 1955 this is one for fans of Scott Snyder and manga inspired teen adventures in post-apocalyptic alternate histories.
4PLASTIC MAN NO MORE! #1
And the last for this week is Plastic Man finally getting the black label series that he deserves and coming from the writer of Halt and Catch Fire (the TV series) Christopher Cantwell who you might also know from his Doom and Iron Man series. Black Label is not main continuity for DC but it is definitely a lot more hardcore in what they can do so what happens when Plastic Man is cut loose? Probably a lot of restraint orders tbh.
