Twin stick shooters, RTS games, action FMV and vampire hunting FPS makes for a lot of acronym based gaming this week for you. But before we get to the full list, here are your highlights:
Starting your week with some isometric shooter in the neon stylised City of Beats. Coming to the Epic Store on Monday and Steam on Tuesday, fight across rooftops with a techno soundtrack in this twin stick shooter.
Tuesday brings the big title for this week with the looter shooter Redfall. Play solo or with a team as you hunt down the vampire lords who have carved up a small town. This one is an semi-exclusive with it being free on Xbox Game Pass first with it also dropping for PC via Steam and the Epic Store.
For anyone who misses the RTS days of Warcraft then Age of Wonder 4 coming out this Wednesday. Releasing on PlayStation, Xbox and PC via both Steam and the Epic Games store this is the 4th entry in the series this goes a little deeper than just a campaign for anyone who enjoys fantasy roleplay games as well.
Silica coming to Steam on Wednesday is another RTS set on a desert world where you and 3 other factions fight to keep control of a the world of Baltarus. Where Silica is different from your traditional RTS is where it lets you change from RTS to FPS to play as you want.
Honourable Mention: And our honourable mention this week goes to a FMV but while FMV games are usually a dating or mystery/murder related Mia and the Dragon Princess is an Action movie based FMV. It is coming out on Thursday for PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and PC via the Epic Games Store and Steam, with Xbox release on Friday.
