LEGO and anime brawlers, aliens and mutant remakes and The Last of Us Part 1 get’s more than just a facelift for your week in gaming. But before we get to the full list, here are your highlights:
Starting the week late with LEGO Brawls. Very much fitting in the Smash Bros style of gameplay but with LEGO this one is aimed for a younger audience when it comes out for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation and Steam this Friday and Xbox on Saturday, but we had to throw it in here because it has one of our most favourite character creation.
Also coming out on Friday is something for fans of the anime Jojo’s Bizarre Adventures with JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R. Coming to PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and via Steam on Friday this is a Street Fighter style cell shaded beat’em up to scratch that button mashing itch in your brain.
The big game for this week drops this Friday with the re-release of The Last of Us: Part 1. More than just a remaster this is a ground up remake on the same platforms as Part 2 to give you that seamless feeling of an end to end title when you finish it and want to playthrough again.
Honourable Mention: And our honourable mention this week is also about remakes and re-releases with the first being Destroy All Humans 2 – Reprobed. Invade earth for the glory of your alien race and to defeat the evil humans in this remake of the original coming for Xbox, Steam and via the Epic Store on Wednesday.
Also in revisiting older titles if you have been enjoying the latest Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game you might want to revisit the original arcade ones with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection. We mentioned this previously when it was released on Xbox but this Wednesday you can pick it up for PlayStation, Switch and via Steam.
