Are you able to separate 2 flat 2×1 LEGO pieces without a tool or using your teeth? Can you walk across a floor of LEGO barefoot? Were you trained in the ancient arts of the LEGO Master Builders by Vitruvius himself? Then you might just have a chance at being part of the next season of Australian LEGO Masters.
If you are a hardcore LEGO Fan you probably have already been watching the last few episodes of LEGO Masters as it has been on Channel 9 the last few weeks but for anyone else let us give you a quick recap. Following the format of the UK LEGO Masters, the Australian show is a sort of Reality/Team show but entirely for LEGO. Each 2 person team compete in a series of building challenges each week to stave off being eliminated and ultimately be the last team standing.
Honestly, we could go into more detail but that is the basic jist with the competition being hosted by comedian Hamish Blake and Australia’s only LEGO Certified Builder Ryan “Brickman” McNaught. If you want to catch up on the Season so far all the episodes are up on the Channel 9 Streaming site.
With such a great response Season Two has recently been announced and casting has already begun with the chance to compete for the $100,000 first prize (or approximately 125 LEGO Death Stars).
For your chance to be on Season Two you need to be an Australian Resident/Citizen and over the Age of 18 and be available for all shooting/casting requirements including August/September auditions and shooting between October and December (12 weeks).
