It’s no news that we love to celebrate all things locally made. With our creator spotlights every week you may have noticed our love for Australian Indie Gaming. This is why, in line with PAX 2017, we have launched the Indie Arcade!
Based in the 1-Up Arcade in Brisbane the Indie Arcade is a permanent gaming display to showcase some of the best Australian made independent game developers. The Arcade itself came to life with the help of Arcadeworx with the cabinet, and Intel Australia who provided us the awesome water-cooled i7 PC inside.
Available to all patrons of the Arcade we are aiming to also stream game play from the arcade for you to enjoy and help support this effort, either through just watching/subscribing to the stream or by purchasing the games through the arcade’s HumbleBundle. All proceeds go towards maintaining the arcade (and maybe getting some more arcades made to promote awesome Indie Games in other locations).
