It might not be breaking news but Ducktales is getting a reboot and heading back to the small screen. But now, we have a date for Australia.
The news of the reboot was first shared last year with no details for distribution outside the US. Even during SDCC and D23 earlier this year we were able to gleam some more details of the upcoming reboot including some video of the show but it wasnt until this week that we were able to confirm an Australia air date.
The new Ducktales will be aired first on Disney XD/Foxtel in Australia from the 13th of October. The first episode was already made available in full (for the US only) via the Disney YouTube channel but from what we have seen we know it looks pretty awesome and we never realised how much we wanted Doctor Who/Jessica Jones’ David Tennant to voice Scrooge McDuck until now.
